- Who is this actually for?
- Contractors, maintenance and repair firms, facilities teams, housing associations, councils and property managers. Anyone running engineers who need materials during a job rather than shopping for them beforehand. It is not built for DIY.
- We run reactive maintenance across a lot of properties. Does that work?
- That is one of the clearest fits. Engineers order to the property they are standing in, the order carries the site reference, and the office can see what was bought against which job without ringing round.
- Can managers approve what engineers order?
- Where approvals are enabled on your account, yes. The engineer builds the basket and a manager signs it off. We built this at the request of a client who needed spend controlled without stranding people on site.
- Is buy now, pay later guaranteed?
- No. IwocaPay appears where it is available, but approval, terms and repayment are decided by IwocaPay when you apply, and depend on eligibility and status.
- What are the commercial terms?
- Account pricing depends on what your team buys and how much of it, so we agree it with you rather than publishing a rate card. Send an enquiry and we will talk it through.
