Careers

Come and fix the supply run.

Trade materials still get bought the way they did thirty years ago: drive there, queue, hope it is in stock. We are building the platform that replaces that trip.

We are a small team working on an unglamorous problem that costs the trade real money every day. If that appeals more than another dashboard for another dashboard, come and talk to us.

How we work.

  • You own the thing

Roles here are broad on purpose. You will shape what gets built and why, not work through a queue somebody else filled in for you.

  • It lands on real sites

What you ship this month affects whether an engineer in London finishes a job today or comes back on Thursday. The feedback loop is short and unusually blunt.

  • Honest beats impressive

We move quickly and change our minds when the evidence says to. We would rather tell a customer an awkward truth about a delivery than an appealing guess.

Benefits.

Nothing here involves a slide or a beer fridge.

  • Growth

    • Company and recruitment referral bonuses
    • £500 learning & development budget
    • Early-stage impact at a UK startup
  • Wellbeing

    • Private health insurance
    • Pension contribution
    • Team socials
  • Tools

    • Work laptop
    • Retail discounts

Hiring process.

  1. 01

    Apply

Send a CV and a couple of lines on why this one. Use the role subject line so it reaches the right person rather than a pile.

  2. 02

    First call

What the role actually involves, how we work, and whether either of us thinks it fits. Ask us the awkward questions here.

  3. 03

    Go deeper

A practical conversation or a short exercise on the work you would genuinely own. No brainteasers, no whiteboard theatre.

  4. 04

    Offer

Terms, start date, and a straight answer on what a good first few months looks like, so you can tell whether you got there in the end.
